Our Mindfulness course provides an opportunity for you to slow down, find balance and nurture your peace of mind. Over four weeks you will cultivate inner calm and clarity and discover how to reclaim your social and nature connection. In modern life we are increasingly focussed on digital screens and indoors and as a result feel numb, dull, distracted and disconnected from each other and nature. The conditions of modern life are troubling at times and mindfulness is a powerful way to reconnect.
Discover why mindfulness is the most important skill for holding space, and expanding awareness of emotional, social and nature connection. Learn mindfulness skills to strengthen your wellbeing and community and reconnect with with the natural flow of life through systematic practice, interpersonal dialogue, creative practice, inquiry and guided homework.

The Introductory Mindfulness Course is an evidence based approach to wellbeing and leadership will help you develop a habit of reawakening your sensory and social awareness and being present. We encourage you to develop a receptive, open quality of awareness that allows a rich sensitivity to mind body social and environmental contexts. Understand how to observe habitual thinking and emotional patterns and how to liberate your mind from cultural ideas you are seperate self. Learn how to hold space for compassion and develop a meaningful mind body social and nature connections and deepen your relational skills with insight and wisdom.

How Does it Work?
W1: Entering Mindfulness
Discover the foundations of mindfulness and core mindsets. Awaken your senses, open the mind, and rediscover your centre. Expand awareness, understand the seeds of suffering and move beyond the illusion of separation, towards interbeing. Explore the first practice designed to support awakening with self and other.
W3: Cultivating Compassion
Learn about attention and attachment, auto-pilot mode and how to orient fear with greater ease. Surrender defence avoidance, distraction, and resistance. Navigate the stress response with compassion and co-regulation and open to uncertainty. Explore the third practice to help you turn toward emotion, hold space with courage.
W2: Mind-Body-Social Connection
Understand how minds influence bodies and how bodies influence minds. Observe patterns of thinking, feeling, and sensing, and ways of listening with mindful attitudes. Recognise context in thoughts, emotions, family, culture, ancestry and environment. Explore the second practice to embody awareness, foster insight, and deepen connection.
W4: Living & Leading Mindfully
Cultivate everyday mindful habits that nourish and support mindful living and leadership in the workplace. Explore how to shape a meaningful and coherent life narrative connected to your values. Discover an enchanted life with moments of wonder, awe and play. Explore the forth practice to help you clarify your authentic vision.
