Led by Marion Miller, an experienced mindfulness and meditation teacher in the MBSR lineage and a 2025 Dharma Teacher Trainee in the Insight (Vipassana) Meditation tradition, our classes support a holistic approach to mindful living. Marion is also a qualified leadership coach and ecotherapist, specialising in mindfulness meditation for spiritual growth, ethical leadership, and conscious living.
What is Mindfulness Meditation?
Mindfulness meditation is the practice of cultivating awareness in the present moment by engaging fully with your sensations, thoughts, and emotions with curiosity and acceptance. It helps ground us, fostering peace and resilience in daily life.​ Meditation deepens this awareness by gently examining the workings of the mind. Through mindful observation, we can uncover the roots of our thoughts and behaviours, developing self-awareness, clarity, and wisdom.
