As an experienced mindfulness coach with certifications in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and a degree in coaching and counselling. I combine secular, evidence-based practices with eastern insight wisdom traditions, western counselling and coaching techniques to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily routine to live a heart centred and intentional life. I also use mindfulness as a therapeutic technique and I am a licensed counsellor.

​I have taught mindfulness to employees in the Department of education and the Supreme Court of Victoria as well as many other corporate organisations. I facilitated a WorkSafe leadership and mindfulness pilot program for Smiling Mind and been responsible for training mindfulness practitioners, teachers, and leaders. in my personal life I have been practicing Insight Meditation and attended silent retreats for more than 15 years and receive supervision from a senior teacher.
